Banana, Walnut & Honey Yogurt Bowl

Servings: 1



Pour half a cup of Greek or dairy-free Yogurt in a bowl.

Layer the Banana slices on top of the yogurt and then sprinkle on the chopped Walnuts. Drizzle with a teaspoon of Honey (or natural Maple Syrup) to serve.

*Make this Yogurt Bowl completely plant-based by replacing Greek yogurt with your favourite non-dairy alternative and honey with maple Syrup. Note however, that the nutrition information provided is for Greek Yogurt and Honey, so it will be slightly altered.
