Blueberry, Banana & Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl

Add 1 cup of Greek or dairy free Yogurt to a bowl.

Top the yogurt with the Blueberries and Banana slices and then dollop on a tablespoon of natural (no added salt and sugar) Peanut Butter. Peanut butter alternatives such as almond butter and sunflower seed butter are also delicious choices for this yogurt bowl.

*This yogurt bowl can be made 100% plant based simply by swapping the Greek yogurt for a non-dairy alternative such as soy yogurt. The nutrition information provided will however be slightly altered.
