Chia, Flax & Pumpkin Seed Smashed Avocado Toast

Toast a slice of your favourite Whole Wheat/Gluten Free Bread.

Smash the ripe Avocado in a bowl and mix it with the Lemon Juice and Sea Salt & Black Pepper, then spread it on top of your toast.

Sprinkle your Smashed Avocado Toast with the Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, and Pumpkin Seeds to serve.
