Citrus & Mint Fruit Salad

Segment half of a Grapefruit, 1 Orange and 2 Mandarins and mix them together in a bowl. Whisk the Honey (or maple syrup) and the juice of half a Lime to make a dressing and mix it into the segments. Sprinkle the fresh Mint over the top to serve.

*Make this recipe 100% plant-based by replacing honey with maple syrup. If you are following the Detox Meal Plan, leave out the dressing all together.
