Peach, Berry & Mint Fruit Salad

Mix the Peach, Blueberries and Raspberries in a bowl. Make a dressing by mixing the juice of half a Lime and Honey (or maple syrup) together and mix it into the fruit salad. To serve, scatter on the chopped Fresh Mint.

*This recipe can me made vegan by using maple syrup in place of honey. If you are following the Detox Meal Plan, leave out the honey to make it detox-friendly.
