Pork Chop & Garlic Butter Mushrooms
Heat the Olive Oil in a skillet or pan on medium-high heat and season your Pork Chop with Sea Salt & Black Pepper on both sides. When the oil is hot, place the chop in the skillet/pan and cook until golden brown on both sides (around 3-5 minutes each side). Plate the chop and put it to one side.
In the same skillet/pan, melt the Butter. Add the Garlic and Mushrooms and season with a pinch of Sea Salt & Black Pepper and Dried Parsley. Sauté the mushrooms for around 5 minutes, then serve alongside your pork chop.
