Quinoa Fruit Salad

Cook 1/4 Cup of Quinoa according to the packet instructions then leave it to one side to go cold.

In a bowl mix together the Mango chunks, Strawberry halves and Grapes. Stir in the cooked Quinoa.

Make a dressing by whisking together the Lime Juice, Honey (or maple syrup) and chopped fresh Mint and then stir this into your Quinoa Fruit Salad to serve.

*Make this recipe vegan by using natural maple syrup in place of honey, and if you are following our Detox Meal Plan, leave the honey out completely.
