Sheet Pan Chicken & Chili-Garlic Green Beans

    Pre-heat your oven on 200℃ and line a baking sheet with foil.

    Place the Chicken Thigh on the baking sheet, then mix the Olive Oil, Garlic, and a pinch of Sea Salt & Black Pepper in a bowl. take a basting brush or spoon and brush/rub a little on the skin of the thigh (leaving enough to coat the Green Beans). Sprinkle on a pinch of Dried Mixed Italian Herbs and bake the chicken in the oven for 15 minutes.

    Add the Dried Chili Flakes (add more or less depending on your spice preference) to the rest of the olive oil mixture, then toss the Green Beans in it to completely coat them.

    Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the Green Beans alongside the Chicken Thigh. Season with a pinch more Sea Salt & Black Pepper then bake for around another 15 minutes (until the chicken is cooked through).
