Smashed Avocado & Fresh Salsa Toast

Method/Instructions
Toast a slice of your favourite whole wheat or gluten free Bread.
Mix the Tomato, Garlic, Onion, Jalapeño (fresh if possible but jarred is fine too) and fresh Cilantro/Coriander together in a bowl. Season with a pinch of Sea Salt, Black Pepper and 1 teaspoon of Lime Juice and mix so that all of the ingredients are coated.
In a bowl, smash down ½ of a ripe Avocado with a fork, then season it with Sea Salt and 1 teaspoon of Lime juice and mix together. Spread the smashed avocado evenly on the toast, then top it with the Fresh Salsa to serve.
