    Make Your Sweet Potato Toast Slices

    To make your toasted sweet potato slices, simply wash a medium Sweet Potato, cut it into 4 slices lengthwise, and pop them in your toaster on the highest setting. You may have to put the slices in for a few cycles.

    No toaster? These slices can be toasted in the oven too. Just preheat your oven at 200℃/400℉, lay the slices out on a lined baking sheet, sprinkle with a little Sea Salt & Black Pepper and bake them for around 15 minutes.

    Store any left over slices in an airtight container or freezer bag, refrigerate, and pop them in the toaster, oven, or under the grill for a few minutes to reheat.


    Make the Topping

    Heat the Olive Oil in a pan on a medium heat and add the Garlic and Mushrooms. Sauté for a minute (don’t let the garlic turn brown), and then add the Smoked Paprika and Sea Salt & Black Pepper. Sauté for another 4-5 minutes and then top the Sweet Potato slices with the Mushrooms.
