Strawberry & Basil Smashed Avocado Toast

Toast a slice of your favourite Whole Grain/Gluten Free Bread.

In a bowl, use a fork to smash down half of a ripe Avocado and then mix in the Lemon Juice and Sea Salt, then spread it evenly on your toast.

Top your Smashed Avocado Toast with the sliced Strawberries and fresh Basil to serve.
