Tomato, Basil & Pine Nut Smashed Avocado Toast

Toast a slice of your preferred Whole Wheat/Gluten Free Bread.

In a bowl, mash the ripe Avocado, Lemon/Lime Juice and Sea Salt & Black Pepper together and spread it evenly on the toast. Sprinkle on some Dried Chilli Flakes if you like a little heat.

Chop and deseed 4 or 5 Grape/Cherry Tomatoes and put them on top of your Smashed Avocado Toast, then top with the fresh Basil and Pine Nuts. Season with a little more Sea Salt & Black Pepper to serve.
