Tuna Mayonnaise Lettuce Wraps

Method/Instructions

In a bowl, flake the Tuna Chunks with a fork and mix in the Mayonnaise and chopped Cucumber. Season with Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste.

Lay the Romaine Lettuce leaves on a plate (layer 2 leaves together for added strength), then spoon the tuna mayonnaise mixture down the centre of the top lettuce leaf and serve. This recipe should make 2 wraps.


*Cucumber makes this the perfect keto/low-carb lunch, but sweet corn and diced bell pepper are also delicious with tuna mayonnaise.
