Tuna Mayonnaise Pasta Salad

Boil 55g of Whole Wheat Pasta (such as penne or fusilli) according to the packet instructions, then set it to one side to cool.

In a bowl, mix together the Tuna, Sweet Corn, Spring Onion/Scallion, Bell Pepper, and Light Mayonnaise. Once the pasta is cool, stir it into the tuna mixture, then season with Sea Salt & Black Pepper to serve.

*If you have a gluten intolerance, simply swap the whole wheat pasta for a gluten-free alternative.
