Turkey Taco Salad

Heat ½ a tablespoon of Olive Oil in a pan on medium heat then sauté the Garlic for 30 seconds. Add the Ground Turkey and fry for 1 minute, then add the Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Smoked Paprika, Chili Powder, and a pinch of Sea Salt & Black Pepper. Fry off the turkey and spices for another 3-4 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through.

Add the Romaine Lettuce to a bowl, then the Tomato, Bell Pepper, and Avocado. Season with Sea Salt & Black Pepper. Add the spiced Ground Turkey on top, then sprinkle on the grated Cheddar Cheese to serve.

*Ground beef and pork are also tasty in this recipe in place of turkey.
