Hummus Salad Wrap

Lay a large Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap flat on a plate (gluten free wraps can be used if you are gluten intolerant). Spread 2 tablespoons of Hummus on the wrap, slightly off centre, then lay the Spinach on top. Top the spinach with Cucumber and Bell Pepper (any colour) slices. Wrap the tortilla like a burrito 🌯 (here’s an easy tutorial).
