Vegetable Tortilla Pizza

Preheat your oven to 190℃/Gas Mark 5 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay your Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap (gluten free wraps can be used if you’re intolerant) on the baking sheet and spread 2 tablespoons of Home Made Pizza Sauce over it. Top with the Onion, Courgette/Zucchini and Bell Pepper (but you can use any vegetables you prefer) and then put the Tortilla Pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
